HOW to BOOK - how to use this website
STEP 1. Complete our 'Booking Enquiry Form' - this is NOT a booking at this point, only an enquiry
STEP 2. We will check prices and availability and confirm the information back to you by email
STEP 3. If you want to proceed, please supply us with your credit card details either via a secure link that we can provide you with OR by telephoning us (see bottom of this page for our current phone number) 
STEP 4.  We will then book your arrangements and ask you for the appropriate payment to be made - see Payment Details below 
STEP 5.  We will send you a Booking Confirmation Summary confirming your arrangements and the payment taken.
No later than 14 days before your arrangements begin, we Email all relevant information and vouchers
IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Completing a Booking Enquiry Form does not guarantee that the arrangements requested will be available
  • Our Email confirming price and availability means that the arrangements are available at the time of emailing
  • Our Booking Confirmation Invoice confirms that your booking has been made
  • Before departure you will be sent (normally by email) all relevant information and vouchers covering your accommodation and tours
  • Please read our full Terms and Conditions before completing a Booking Request Form 
PAYMENT DETAILS (DEPOSIT and FULL PAYMENT):
  • From 2010 all payments need to be made direct in our Australian Dollar (AUD) bank account with the Commonwealth Bank in Australia (you will be provided with details when a booking is made).  If you wish to use your credit card to make a payment into our AUD bank account, you will need to ask your credit card company to arrange this
  • Where a booking is made within 2 months of departure, payment in full will be required
  • Where a booking is made more than 2 months from departure, normally only a deposit of 10% is required 
  • Please note that certain arrangements (eg rail) do require payment in full at the time of booking
  • We regret that we are unable to accept bookings which total less than A$500
