HOW to BOOK - how to use this website
STEP 1. Complete our 'Booking Enquiry Form' - this is NOT a booking at this point, only an enquiry
STEP 2. We will check prices and availability and confirm the information back to you by Email
STEP 3. If you do wish to book, you will need to Email us asking us to do so
STEP 4. We will then book your arrangements - see Payment Details below 
STEP 4. Once everything is confirmed, we will Email you a Booking Confirmation Summary and details of how you can pay - see Payment Details below ...
Normally, no later than 14 days before your arrangements begin, we Email all relevant information and vouchers
IMPORTANT NOTES:
   # Completing a Booking Enquiry Form does not guarantee that the arrangements requested will be available
   # Our Email confirming price and availability means that the arrangements are available at the time of our Emailing
   # Our Booking Confirmation Summary confirms that your booking has been made
   # Before departure you will be Emailed all relevant information and vouchers covering your accommodation and tours
   # Please read our full Terms and Conditions before completing a Booking Request Form
 
PAYMENT DETAILS (DEPOSIT and FULL PAYMENT):
1. Normally payments need to be made direct into our Australian Dollar (AUD) bank account with the National Australia Bank (NAB) in Australia (you will be provided with details when a booking is made).
2. Alternatively you can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  If you choose this method we will send you an invoice with a secure link to PayPal - but we will add 3% to the cost to be paid
 * Where a booking is made within 2 months of departure, payment in full will be required
 * Where a booking is made more than 2 months from departure, normally only a deposit of 10% is required
 * Please note that certain arrangements  do require payment in full at the time of booking
