HOW to BOOK / HOW to MAKE a SECURE PAYMENT
If you have already completed a Booking Enquiry form and wish to make your selected arrangements (if available) a definite booking , save time by supplying your credit card details NOW via our secure form http://trulyAustralia.com/secure.htm
STEP 1. Complete our 'Booking Enquiry Form' - this is NOT a booking at this point, only an enquiry
STEP 2. We will check prices and availability and confirm the information back to you by email
STEP 3. If you want to proceed, send us your credit card details by completing the secure form 
OR faxing us on +44 (0) 1435 872567 OR telephoning +44 (0) 1435 872666
STEP 4.  We will then book your arrangements and take the appropriate payment - see Payment Details below 
STEP 5.  We will send you a Booking Confirmation Invoice confirming your arrangements and the payment taken.
No later than 14 days before your arrangements begin, we Email all relevant information, vouchers and e-tickets

  • Completing a Booking Enquiry Form does not guarantee that the arrangements requested will be available
  • Our Email confirming price and availability means that the arrangements are available at the time of emailing
  • Our Booking Confirmation Invoice confirms that your booking has been made
  • We cannot make a booking or hold an option on your behalf WITHOUT your credit card details
  • Before departure you will be sent (normally by email) all relevant information, vouchers and e-tickets covering your accommodation and tours
  • Payment is only taken from your credit card when a booking has been successfully made by us in full, covering ALL the requested component parts

PAYMENT DETAILS (DEPOSIT and FULL PAYMENT)
  • Where a booking is made within 2 months of departure, payment in full will be taken
  • Where a booking is made more than 2 months from departure, normally only a deposit of 10% will be taken 
  • Please note that certain arrangements (eg rail) do require payment in full at the time of booking
  • Bookings which total less than A$300 will incur a A$10 administration fee and payment will be taken in full
  • Please note that there is a charge of 1.5% for payment by credit card (2.5% for Amex cards) up to a maximum charge of A$100. This charge does NOT apply to UK users paying by debit cards.
Bookings made with Truly Australia are covered by our ABTA Bond - this financial protection does NOT apply to bookings made direct with the local operator or hotel.   You are completely free to arrange your own flights to Australia - or, if you are departing from the UK, we can quote separately by Email for competitive flight prices, including in business class.
