Located at the southern end of the Whitsunday Island Passage, Brampton Island offers a great value island holiday. This large and beautiful national park Island is surrounded by sparkling azure waters, twelve white sandy beaches, coral gardens and an array of National Park walking and jogging tracks - each affording spectacular views and the perfect spot to stop for a picnic.  Brampton offers a huge variety of activities - from fast and furious water sports, hiking, golf and tennis, to relaxing by the pool or enjoying a rejuvenating massage. As the sun sets, the fun continues with theme nights and live entertainment. With fewer rooms than many of the resorts at the nearby Whitsunday Group of Islands, and with no day trippers to interrupt, you will undoubtedly find a special place to unwind and enjoy. Just off shore is a diverse range of fringing reefs where you can snorkel and experience what the reef has to offer. Brampton Island is all about fun, adventure and pure escapism.

Getting to Brampton Island ...
Brampton is accessed from the 'Sugar City' of Mackay.

By Air: To/From Mackay
Regular flights are available from all Australian capital cities connecting to Mackay daily, with Virgin Blue and Qantas. Jetstar operates regular connecting flights from Brisbane to Mackay. Tiger Airways flies direct to Mackay from Melbourne. Selected Virgin Blue flights to/from Mackay connect with the boat transfer to/from Brampton Island.

Australasian Jet operate daily flights from Mackay to Voyages Brampton Island (transfer time: 20 minutes). Details are available on request.  Private charter flights between Hamilton Island and Brampton Island can also be requested,

Dining on Brampton Island ...

Bluewater Restaurant
Eating alfresco on Brampton IslandThe Bluewater Restaurant is the main dining area for the resort. Full buffet breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.30am. A la carte lunch is served every day from 12.00pm to 2.00pm.  The restaurant serves an la carte menu from 6pm to 9pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. On Tuesdays the Chefs Table de Hote menu is served and on Fridays delicious seafood platters for two are offered.
Romantic private balcony dinners are available (surcharge applies).
Please note, the restaurant is located on an upstairs level and no wheelchair access is available to the restaurant. 

Aqua Lounge
The indoor and outdoor bar is open daily from 10am to late. Serving drinks including cocktails, smoothies and coffee. Bar snack foods are served from 11am to 4pm daily. The Aqua Lounge also features seasonal live entertainment.

Sea Salt at Brampton
A romantic dining experience in an intimate setting. An eight course degustation meal, accompanied by a selection of wines, will be served to you and your partner, while you are free to focus on one another's company . (Available Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday)

Palm Rooms are located a short distance away from the main beach and are close to all resort facilities.  Palm Rooms have 1 queen bed and 1 day bed.  Maximum occupancy is 3 persons (4 with a rollaway bed).

ISLAND VIEW ROOMS
Island View Rooms are located within easy reach of all resort facilities, with some offering Carlisle Island or ocean view glimpses. Set amongst native gardens, these rooms are compact and comfortable. Interiors are bright and each room has a private balcony or patio. Island View Rooms have 1 queen bed and 1 day bed.  Maximum occupancy is 3 persons (4 with a rollaway bed).
 

OCEAN VIEW ROOMS

Generous in size, Ocean View Rooms are designed to make the most of their beachside location. Double sliding doors open out onto a large balcony or terrace area, allowing guests to enjoy ocean views. Ocean View Rooms interiors are spacious and comfortable and have a relaxed beachside feel.  Ocean View Rooms have 1 queen bed.  Maximum occupancy is 2 persons (3 with a rollaway bed).
